Roles and Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships to increase sales revenue through cross-selling and upselling of gold loan products.
Conduct thorough valuations of gold ornaments to determine loan amounts.
Identify new business opportunities by visiting potential customers and acquiring new clients for the company's gold loan services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and product offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to gold loans.
