Gold Loan Associate

K.T. Capital is a growing gold loan provider. We’re looking for a Gold Loan Associate who is reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible ready to help with both daily gold loan operations and tasks across other Iwin companies when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with gold loan inquiries.
• Evaluate gold for purity, weight, and value using proper tools.
• Process gold loans and manage documentation and software entries.
• Maintain accurate records of loans, repayments, and customer data.
• Ensure gold safety, compliance protocols, and audit standards are followed.
• Support local outreach, sales efforts, and basic marketing.
• Assist with other Iwin companies' operations (e.g., coordinating local events, supporting online listings, customer follow-ups, etc.) as needed.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance.

Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak English and Tamil fluency.

Tech Skills: Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and office software (Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.).

Ability to multitask, take initiative, and handle responsibilities across different teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
