Loan Officer – KT Capital

KT Capital is a growing financial services company focused on transparent, secure, and customer-friendly lending.

The Loan Officer is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and servicing loans. This role involves customer interaction, field verification, documentation, data entry, and close coordination with the Branch Manager to ensure that all loans are compliant, profitable, and low-risk.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc or equivalent) – mandatory.

Language & Communication

• Fluent in English and Tamil – both spoken and written.
• Able to draft clear emails, WhatsApp messages, and basic reports in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with customers in person and on the phone.

Technical & Computer Skills

• Comfortable using computers for daily work.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, Word, and email.
• Ability to learn and use loan-management or CRM software (training will be provided).
• Comfortable using smartphone apps (UPI, WhatsApp Business, basic scanning apps).

Other Requirements

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.
• High personal integrity – no history of cash handling issues or misconduct.
• Willingness to work from branch location and travel locally as needed.
