Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Go (Golang).
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, frontend developers, and QA to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
Debug and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Implement unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and sharing knowledge.
Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.

Required Skills:

Minimum 4+ years of professional software development experience.
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Golang.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience working with relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
