Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets, managing a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Additional tasks include monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and participating in business development activities to enhance market presence. Will be responsible for Distribution channel sales and retail store management. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and team management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Proficiency in market analysis and business development Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in the oil industry is a plus
