Job Title: Performance Testing Engineer (NeoLoad) Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5–15 Years Department: QA / Performance Engineering Job Summary: We are looking for a performance testing specialist to lead and execute performance, load, and stress testing for Salesforce applications using NeoLoad . The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Salesforce architecture , NeoLoad scripting , and analyzing performance bottlenecks to ensure application stability under varying loads. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement performance test plans and strategies for Salesforce-based applications. Develop and maintain NeoLoad test scripts simulating real-world user scenarios across various Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). Execute load tests, stress tests, and endurance tests to assess system behavior under different conditions. Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and business teams to define performance KPIs. Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad , including script creation, parameterization, and correlation. Understanding of Salesforce architecture , governor limits, API limits, and SOQL query optimization. Experience with performance monitoring tools and analyzing system metrics. Solid grasp of HTTP/S, REST APIs , and browser-based testing for Salesforce Lightning. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration is a plus. Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I , App Builder ) are a plus. Experience with Salesforce Performance Assistant , Developer Console , and Lightning Inspector . Exposure to tools like JMeter , LoadRunner , or BlazeMeter is a bonus.
