Location: Dera Mandi, New Delhi, India (On-site) Working Hours: 11:15 AM – 7:15 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview The Social Media & Content Manager will be responsible for managing GOIRRA’s online presence across all major digital platforms. The role focuses on daily content execution, maintaining visual and tonal consistency, and strengthening the brand’s digital authority. The ideal candidate understands fashion, aesthetics, and the discipline required to build a luxury identity from the ground up. Key Responsibilities • Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X (Twitter), Facebook / Meta Suite, and YouTube. • Maintain structured content calendars and posting schedules. • Collaborate with photographers, editors, and marketing teams for campaigns. • Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize future content. • Ensure consistency in visuals, captions, and communication tone. • Manage and organize media assets on Google Drive / OneDrive. Required Skills & Experience • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom. • Strong written communication and caption-writing skills. • Basic understanding of platform algorithms and content analytics. • Prior experience with fashion or lifestyle brands preferred. • Eye for design, attention to detail, and ability to meet timelines. Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹32,000 per month
