Job Description – HR Executive Position: HR Executive Location: Vadodara Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRMS software. Manage attendance, leave, and payroll processing including statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.). Draft and issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.). Support in formulating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Organize employee engagement activities, training, and development programs. Assist in performance management and appraisal process. Address employee queries and handle grievance redressal. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to management. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources / management / commerce (MBA in HR is an advantage). Proven experience as an HR Executive / HR Assistant / HR Coordinator. Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations. Familiarity with HRMS Strong knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office. Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
