We are seeking a dedicated C1-level Goethe-certified German Language Teacher with a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience to become a valuable member of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for teaching and a sincere commitment to assisting students in reaching their language learning objectives. Responsibilities: - Conduct dynamic and interactive German language classes for students at the C1 level. - Develop and execute customized lesson plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of the students. - Offer personalized guidance and feedback to students, evaluating their progress and recommending areas for enhancement. - Prepare students for the Goethe-Institut exams and other proficiency assessments, ensuring they are adequately prepared and self-assured. - Maintain regular communication with the operations team regarding student progress updates. Requirements: - Must hold a C1-level Goethe Certification in German. - Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience (in-person or online) with proficiency in teaching German to non-native speakers. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit various learning styles. - Enthusiasm for teaching and a dedication to fostering student success. - Familiarity with the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and exam preparation techniques. - Capable of collaborating effectively within a team and establishing a supportive learning atmosphere. - Previous experience with online teaching tools or platforms is advantageous.
