The Camp Boss will be responsible for managing accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and general maintenance and welfare of the camp. Day-to-day tasks include supervising the camp staff, maintaining records of inventory and supplies, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, coordinating with different departments for smooth operations, and addressing any concerns raised by the residents and workers. Qualifications Experience in managing accommodation and catering services Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations Inventory and supply management skills Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills Strong leadership and supervisory skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle emergencies and resolve issues efficiently Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus Relevant certifications or proven experience in a similar role
