Role: Product Growth Manager Intern As a Product Growth Manager Intern, your mission is simple but ambitious: help us grow and sell our product to 100 users in Faridabad and Gurgaon . You&aposll work closely with the founders to identify leads, pitch the product, handle user onboarding, and capture feedback to improve the experience. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that combines elements of sales, marketing, customer success, and product thinkingperfect for someone eager to dive into startup life and make things happen. Key Responsibilities ???? User Acquisition & Sales Identify and segment early adopters (tuition teachers, coaching centers, schools) in Faridabad and Gurgaon Cold call, WhatsApp, and meet potential users to pitch the product and understand their pain points Communicate our products value proposition clearly and effectively Schedule and conduct product demos with the cofounder Own the full user journeyfrom outreach to onboarding ???? Follow-ups & Conversions Keep track of leads and maintain consistent follow-up communication Convert interested educators into active users through persuasion, support, and clarity Track outreach, conversions, objections, and reasons for drop-offs ???? Feedback & Product Insights Gather user feedback post-demo or post-onboarding to identify blockers and usability issues Document product gaps, user needs, and suggestions and share them with the product/tech team Be the voice of the user in internal meetings What Were Looking For A go-getter attitude and strong ownership mindset ? Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English ? Ability to clearly explain technical/non-technical features to educators ? Energetic, persuasive, and proactive in reaching out to new users ? Comfortable with ambiguity and ready to work in a fast-moving startup environment ?
