Position Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading the sales process from prospecting to closing. This role requires a strong understanding of LED display products, market trends, and customer needs, as well as proven sales leadership skills. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (e.g., advertising agencies, event organizers, sports venues, retail chains). Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in LED display solutions. Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM tools; prepare regular sales reports for management. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets (if applicable). Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and generate leads. Preferred candidate profile
