Job Description: We are looking for an HR Executive to manage and support end-to-end HR functions for our BPO operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance specific to the BPO industry. Key Responsibilities: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for voice, non-voice, and technical support roles. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Conduct screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and retention strategies. Support performance management and training initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of HR experience in the BPO sector preferred. Strong knowledge of bulk hiring and fast-paced recruitment processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
