Job Description We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer who can craft beautiful, functional, and scalable designs for our web and mobile platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with our product—creating a design experience that feels intuitive, delightful, and purpose-driven. Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows using Figma . Build and maintain a robust design system with reusable components, variants, and consistent patterns. Apply Auto Layout, Components, and Variants expertly to streamline design workflows and handoff. Design responsive interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible, developer-friendly , and aligned with engineering constraints. Apply UX principles and laws to create user-centric designs with a focus on accessibility, usability, and business goals. Iterate quickly based on feedback, user testing, and performance metrics. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile product design. Advanced Figma skills — confident with design systems, auto layout, prototyping, and team libraries. Proven experience designing for multiple screen sizes and responsive web/mobile interfaces. Strong understanding of UX best practices , human-centered design, and interaction design. Ability to think strategically while paying attention to details. Familiarity with developer handoff tools and working in Agile environments . Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience working with job platforms or two-sided marketplaces.
