Role Summary: You’ll own growth on Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Big Basket, Amazon Now, Flipkart Minutes) through on-app campaigns (search, banner, events, etc.), off-app collaborations (social media tie-ins, digital OOH, sampling initiatives, etc.) and digital media channels(Meta, Google, etc.). You’ll plan, execute, A/B test relentlessly, optimize aggressively, and own performance end-to-end. This is a role for someone who treats every campaign like an experiment and every metric like a personal challenge. What You’ll Do: Q-Commerce Growth • Launch, optimize, and iterate on-app campaigns on Q-commerce platforms to drive orders and repeat users. • Design and implement off-app campaigns with platforms - from social collaborations to featured promotions and experiential tie-ins. • Run rigorous A/B tests across creative, copy, targeting, and offers, and use insights to scale winning strategies fast. • Continuously analyze campaign performance, identify bottlenecks, and take bold actions to maximize ROI. • Own the full consumer funnel. Digital Media Performance • Build and execute performance-led strategies on Meta, Google, and other digital media channels to complement Q-commerce growth. • Experiment with ad formats, creatives, and targeting to push ROAS and scale efficiently. • Track every metric that matters, optimize in near-real-time, and iterate relentlessly. Analytics & Reporting • Build dashboards that actually tell a story - not just numbers. • Surface actionable insights from data, validate hypotheses, and use them to drive faster, smarter decisions. What We’re Looking For: • 3–5 years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital media, ideally in e-commerce or Q-commerce. • Data-obsessed, comfortable with numbers, metrics, dashboards, and testing frameworks. • Resourceful, independent, and unafraid to test, fail, learn, and scale. • Creative thinker who can ideate campaigns that grab attention and convert. Nice-to-Have: Passion for FMCG, D2C, or Q-commerce brands.
