In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering front-end applications using cutting-edge technologies. You will utilize the latest development methodologies and processes to deliver top-quality software. Your responsibilities will include ensuring flawless user interfaces through best practices in code quality, testing, and automation. You will also focus on robust regression testing and continuously strive for quality improvements. Collaboration is key, as you will work within a dynamic team in a start-up-like environment to contribute to the success of our digital initiatives. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential. As part of our team, you will actively engage in our Community of Practice, sharing knowledge, learning from others, and collaborating to drive innovation and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to our inner sourcing culture, promoting code reuse, collaboration, and overall code quality through an open-source model. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in modern front-end web applications. - Expertise in Flutter web and mobile development. - Extensive experience in mobile app development, focusing on iOS, Android, and Cross-Platform frameworks. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Strong background in Backend development, including Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL. - Deep understanding of responsive web design, performance optimization, and accessibility standards. - Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks like Jest, Vitest, Playwright, and Cypress. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork. - Experience in implementing behavioral analytics tools like Mixpanel (preferred). - Leadership or project management experience is a plus. - Knowledge of the finance or insurance industry is advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience. Required Skills: - Frontend: Flutter, ReactJs, Svelte, Sveltekit. - Backend: Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL. - Testing: Flutter Test, Jest, Vitest, Playwright, Cypress. - Mobile Development: iOS, Android, Cross-Platform frameworks. - Proficiency in package management for Node and Dart (e.g., NPM, Pub). - Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar for automated deployments. - Familiarity with Flutter Framework components such as Flutter SDK, Dart programming language, Flutter testing frameworks, Riverpod, Go Router. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). - Proficiency in collaboration tools like Confluence, JIRA, Office365. - Certifications like AWS Certified Developer or Google Certified Mobile Web Specialist are beneficial.,
