Job Description: Waiter/Steward Position: Waiter/Steward Location: Oishii Wok, Sector 43, Gurgaon Shift Timings: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM (with a break in between) Salary Range: ₹13,000 to ₹14,000 per month (plus service charges) Responsibilities: Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner. Present menus, answer questions, and make personalized recommendations. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent service quality. Handle billing and payments accurately and courteously. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. Assist in setting and clearing tables for a seamless guest experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery. Address customer concerns politely and escalate when necessary. Requirements: Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Asian cuisine is preferred but not mandatory. Flexibility to work during the mentioned shift hours. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence.
