Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain daily operations on FXStar and FX Galaxy platforms. Support trade booking, confirmation, settlement, and post-trade processes across all FX products (spot, forward, swaps, NDFs). Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and IT teams to ensure timely execution and resolution of trade discrepancies. Participate in system upgrades, configuration, testing, and user acceptance phases for FXStar and FX Galaxy. Monitor and optimize STP (Straight-Through Processing) rates and reduce manual interventions. Generate reports and support compliance/audit requests related to FX operations. Work closely with vendors and internal technology teams for system troubleshooting and enhancements. Provide training and support to new users on the platforms. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with foreign exchange systems, specifically FXStar and FX Galaxy . Solid understanding of FX markets, products, and trade lifecycle. Experience with trade settlement, matching platforms (e.g., SWIFT, CLS), and treasury operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or scripting a plus. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
