About the job: We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused travel sales executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with clients on a daily basis, and promoting and selling domestic and international holiday packages. Key responsibilities: 1. Communicate with potential and existing clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings on a daily basis. 2. Understand clients' travel preferences and suggest suitable holiday packages tailored to their needs and budget. 3. Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, and marketing campaigns. 4. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about destinations, pricing, inclusions, visa requirements, and travel itineraries. 5. Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets. 6. Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers to ensure seamless travel arrangements. 7. Maintain records of client communications and bookings using CRM tools or internal systems. 8. Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.
