Job Description: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and necessary documentation. Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for easy access to company records. Draft letters, memos, and official communications. Support senior management with presentations, reports, and confidential matters. Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth communication. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Professional Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce / related field (preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and proactive. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude. Office must be opened at 8.30am. Dusting, Sweeping, Mopping, Restroom cleaning and Thrash removal must be done everyday. Tea and Coffee should be prepared and served to staff ( 15 staff only) Should know to ride office 2 wheeler for purchasing things from nearby shops.
