Making the telephonic calls on the given data and generating the appointments of interested prospects for buying the holiday memberships  Responsible to generate the sales appointments which will be handled by sales force later to sell the holiday memberships  Good in English & Hindi communication skills and Marathi will be advantageous  Good with voice modulation, clarity and Good in tackling the pressure  Understanding the customers’ profile from Sales aspects understanding the business prospective to generate the leads only (not sales)  Candidate should possess the convincing & negotiation skills  Candidate should be targets oriented  Prior calling (outbound) experience would be highly preferable  Cold calling experience from hospitality, automobile, insurance, recovery, banking products, BPO, telecom, credit cards, etc. will be preferable Job Location: Shivajinagar, Pune Working time: 10 am to 6 pm (Sunday as weekly off) Compensation: 1.8 LPA to 3.2 LPA + lucrative unlimited incentives Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred)
