Sales, Revenue, and Retention • Sales Targets: Strategize, plan, and execute initiatives to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets across all services and retail products. • Membership & Loyalty: Develop and implement effective membership retention strategies, focusing on maximizing client loyalty, repeat business, and high-value package sales. • Pricing & Promotions: Oversee the successful launch and management of seasonal promotions and new service offerings.
