This includes Layer 2 (L2), Layer 3 (L3) protocols (such as OSPF and BGP ), MPLS , VXLAN , QoS , and ACLs . Management & Control Plane: Drive the development of management interfaces using protocols such as SNMP , NETCONF/YANG , REST , CLI , gNMI , and gRPC . ASIC/NPU Integration: Guide the team in developing software for Broadcom's XGS/DNX and Marvell's Innovium/Prestera family of devices. Release Management: Oversee the entire release process, from planning to deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of software. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between your team, other functional teams, vendors, and customer-facing organizations. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role within a networking software or NOS development environment is an added advantage. However Engineerskeen to move from Tech lead to Manager can also be considered. Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of networking protocols (L2/L3, MPLS, VXLAN).
