GNM / BSC Nursing Staff

Departments / Areas of Posting:

• Gynaecology (Gynae ward & Labour Room)
• ICU
• NICU

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to gynaecology, ICU, and NICU patients
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake–output, and patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
• Assist doctors during procedures, deliveries, and emergencies
• Maintain accurate nursing records as per hospital and NABH standards
• Ensure infection control practices and patient safety protocols
• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for patient care
• Educate patients and attendants regarding care and recovery

Qualification:

• GNM or BSC Nursing
• Must be registered with State Nursing Council

Skills Required:

• Experience in Gynae / ICU / NICU care
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in shifts
• Knowledge of NABH standards preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
