About Us: Gneutral is a psychology-first digital strategy company that helps infrastructure, energy, and B2B brands become investor-ready and globally credible through precise digital positioning. We're now looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can take full ownership of end-to-end SEO setup for high-stakes website revamp projects. What You’ll Be Doing: This is not a generic SEO role. You will be responsible for preparing websites (primarily WordPress-based) for optimal visibility before they go live — ensuring they are fully SEO-ready from the first day of launch. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth keyword research (brand, service, industry terms) Setup and optimize metadata , header tags , URL slugs , internal links Create clean, optimized sitemaps and robots.txt Configure and connect Google Search Console , GA4 , and Google Tag Manager Implement schema markup (JSON-LD) where applicable Ensure technical SEO hygiene — page speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability Work closely with our content writers and website development team (no coding required, but familiarity with WordPress and SEO plugins is important) Requirements: Proven experience with pre-launch SEO setups (not just ongoing SEO) Strong grasp of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and SEO tools Tools you must be comfortable with: GSC, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Yoast/RankMath Experience working with WordPress sites Ability to collaborate with developers and writers to guide proper implementation Self-starter with a sharp eye for detail and structure Engagement Type: Project-based (2–4 week setup cycles per website) Potential to evolve into long-term contract or retainer if it’s a great fit Remote work, flexible hours — we care about output, not micromanagement What Success Looks Like: A fully SEO-primed website that is technically sound, crawlable, optimized, and ready to rank Clean documentation of all setups and actions for handover Strategic keyword direction for launch content and blogs Interested?
