Account Manager/Customer Support Executive

Your responsibilities would include responding to incoming emails, chats, or phone calls, raising tickets, and monitoring the progress of work orders to completion. Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues from across the company to ensure that each customer receives the highest standards of service would also be part of your role. Strong written communication skills and experience in the international voice process would be essential assets. We will provide extensive training to help you adapt to our systems and processes.
