Job Description

The role involves market research, analyzing trends, developing strategies for areas like digital transformation and operating models, and creating business cases and presentations to communicate recommendations. This position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing expertise on emerging trends and regulations, and contributing to thought leadership for the capital markets industry.

Key responsibilities

Client strategy and solutions:
Design and implement operating models and digital strategies for clients.
Market analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the capital markets ecosystem.
Business case development:
Create and present business cases and financial analyses to support strategic recommendations.
Client collaboration:
Partner with clients in workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align solutions.
Thought leadership:
Contribute to the development of internal knowledge assets and thought leadership content, such as white papers.
Industry monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological disruptions.
Project management:
Manage transformation projects and assist in inorganic growth agendas, including due diligence and post-merger integration.
Process improvement:
Assess existing processes and suggest best practices for efficiency.
