As a Research & Development Consultant in Life Sciences at Accenture, your role will involve leveraging your expertise in R&D, Pharmacovigilance, and regulatory reporting to provide strategic consulting services to clients in the Life Sciences industry. You will be responsible for driving business growth and innovation by applying your knowledge and skills to various aspects of R&D functions. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your MBA from a Tier 1 institute or relevant industry experience to analyze and improve R&D processes - Apply your 6+ years of progressive business and/or consulting experience to provide valuable insights to clients - Demonstrate expertise in management consulting and general business consulting to support clients in achieving their strategic goals - Use assets and tools in business consulting (R&D) such as issue trees, implementation frameworks, and diagnosis tools to drive effective solutions - Work closely with R&D functions including Laboratory functions, clinical operations, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and quality management system to enhance operational efficiency - Leverage your working knowledge of clinical data management platforms such as Medidata, Veeva Clinical suite, pharmacovigilance databases ArisG & ARGUS databases, and Regulatory Information Management Systems to deliver high-quality services to clients Qualifications Required: - MBA from a Tier 1 institute or equivalent industry experience - At least 1 year of experience in the Life Sciences industry - Strong familiarity with assets and tools in business consulting (R&D) - Experience working with R&D functions such as Laboratory functions, clinical operations, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, quality management system - Working knowledge of clinical data management platforms and other relevant tools - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
