Job Title: Telecalling Executive Location: Shahganj, Agra Industry: Telecalling Job Type: Full-time Experience:Minimum 1 year Salary: ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 15,000 Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain products/services, and convert leads into sales or appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries. Handle incoming customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain a record of calls and update customer information in the system. Schedule appointments or product demonstrations as required. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Provide feedback to the team on market trends and customer responses. Requirements:Minimum 12th pass; graduation is a plus. Good verbal communication skills in [language – e.g., Hindi/English/Regional]. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with MS Excel or CRM tools. Confidence, persuasion skills, and a polite phone manner. Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
