Job Responsibilities : GST & Taxation : GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) Handling Input Tax Credit (ITC) and GST reconciliations TDS computation and filing (26Q, 24Q) Ensuring compliance with tax laws and audits Accounting & Financial Management : Handling day-to-day accounting operations Maintaining books of accounts (Tally/ERP) Bank reconciliations and cash flow management Ledger scrutiny and rectification Payroll & Vendor Management : Processing salaries, PF, ESI calculations Vendor invoice verification and payments Coordination with suppliers and contractors for payment settlements Audit & Compliance : Assisting in internal and external audits Preparing financial statements and reports Coordinating with CA and auditors for statutory compliance MIS & Reporting : Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Budgeting and cost control analysis Presenting financial data to management Skills & Qualifications : Education : B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or CA Inter Experience : 3-7 years in Accounts/Finance (preferably in the construction/building sector) Software Skills : Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST Portal, Income Tax Portal Knowledge of : GST, TDS, Income Tax, Accounts Finalization, Costing Preferred Candidate : Experience in a construction company or real estate industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines
