Prepare parts for welding using grinding and chamfering machines. Ensure welds meet quality standards by following WPS, PQR, and WPQ procedures. Handle heavy fabrication welding tasks, especially on joints 40 mm thickness. Maintain a strong focus on safety , reporting any hazards immediately. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce downtime. Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment and support team collaboration.
