Job Description: We are hiring a skilled Microbiologist for our in-house R&D division . The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in microbial culture handling, media preparation, and metabolite activity screening. Key Responsibilities: Revival and maintenance of MTCC cultures Preparation and upkeep of microbial cell banks (glycerol stocks) Media preparation and optimization for microbial growth Screening for metabolite activity Accurate documentation of lab work and results Candidate Profile: M.Sc. / M.Tech in Microbiology (from reputed institution) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a biotech company (R&D preferred) Sound knowledge of microbiological techniques Strong record-keeping and reporting skills Team player with the ability to work independently
