As an AWS PySpark/Glue ETL developer, your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. - Utilizing Java frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc. - Working with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services. - Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., Oracle) and ORM tools. - Experience with version control systems such as Git and build tools like Maven. In addition to the above, the following skills are highly valued: - Experience with the AWS cloud platform. - Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React) is a plus.
