About the position: We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Coordinator for our Sales team who will play a key role in supporting the team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the sales process. This role is responsible for facilitating coordination between the sales team and cross-functional departments, providing both pre-sales and post-sales support, monitoring sales activities, and generating regular sales reports. Key responsibilities: Act as a point of contact for the sales team and the healthcare clients Assist the sales team in processing orders and maintaining customer databases. Manage post-sales processes such as order tracking, product delivery coordination, follow-up support, and complaint resolution. Coordinate closely with the logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and compliance with industry standards. Create and maintain monthly MIS reports for management review Provide customer support and maintain positive relationships. Assist in market research and identifying new business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team on ongoing projects. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience in client relationship management.
