Job Description: Student Sales Counselor Position Title : Student Sales Counselor Location : GlossNGlass Makeup Studio & Academy Ulsoor Reports To : Sales Manager/Branch Head Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Student Sales Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads from various marketing channels, engaging with potential students through calls, messages, and in-person meetings, and converting them into enrolled students. The role includes providing detailed information about courses, inviting students to visit the academy, scheduling appointments with trainers, and ensuring that enrollment targets for upcoming batches are met. Key Responsibilities : Lead Management : Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels such as online inquiries, advertisements, and referrals. Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, messages, and in-person meetings to convert leads into admissions. Maintain an organized database of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient management of all communication. Course Information & Guidance : Provide accurate and relevant information about courses, career opportunities, fees, schedules, and other academy services. Assess students' requirements and recommend suitable courses based on their interests and career goals. Appointments & Academy Visits : Invite students to visit the academy for consultations and to get a feel of the campus environment. Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective students and trainers, ensuring all logistics are well-managed. Conversion & Enrollment : Convert leads into confirmed enrollments by providing strong and persuasive counseling. Meet and exceed batch enrollment targets as set by the management. Record Keeping & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of students, leads, training staff, and course details. Keep a track of quotations, payments, and relevant documents for each student’s journey. Maintain and update calendars, ensuring no scheduling conflicts or miscommunications. Student Grievances & Support : Address and resolve student grievances or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide guidance and support to students through their enrollment process, ensuring a positive student experience. Makeup Leads & Follow-Up : Identify and assign makeup leads from the pool of past inquiries or students who missed initial follow-ups. Ensure consistent follow-up to maximize conversion rates. Administrative Support : Assist in maintaining schedules for trainers and ensuring smooth coordination between trainers and students. Support marketing and administrative teams as needed to ensure efficient processes. Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in business, marketing, or education). 1-2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or education-related roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Experience in the education sector (preferred, but not required). Additional Requirements : Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, when required. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
