Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive to promote our brand and products directly in the market. This role involves on-ground marketing activities, engaging with customers, generating leads, and pushing sales effective. Ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work and direct interaction with clients and prospects. Key Responsibilities: Execute field marketing campaigns and activities as per the company strategy. Visit prospective customers, retail outlets, dealers, and events to promote products/services. Collect market feedback and customer data for insights and reporting. Generate leads and support the sales team in customer acquisition. Attend trade shows, local events, and exhibitions to represent the company. Coordinate with the central marketing team to ensure brand consistency. Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of field campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma. 0–3 years of experience in field marketing, direct sales, or similar roles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel extensively within assigned areas (Local and Out State). Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working independently. Basic knowledge of digital tools (CRM apps, email tools, reporting dashboards) is a plus. Local language proficiency is an advantage.
