You'll handle inbound leads (from WhatsApp, Instagram, website) and also do outbound outreach (via DMs, email, calls, etc.) to onboard new businesses. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for someone who: Enjoys selling honestly and solving real problems Can figure things out without waiting for instructions Cares about impact and helping small businesses succeed You’ll be joining an early team — your ideas and hustle will directly shape how we grow. --- Key Responsibilities Handle inbound leads: talk to prospects from WhatsApp, Instagram, website forms, etc. Execute outbound outreach: cold messages, follow-ups, voice notes, LinkedIn DMs, etc. Give product demos and help business owners understand how Gloo can help Convert leads into paying customers across GlooTV, Gloo Local AI, and Gloo AI Studio Keep conversations warm with follow-ups, CRM updates, and timely nudges Collaborate with founders, product, and content teams to sharpen our sales pitch --- Who You Are You love talking to people and can build trust quickly You believe in honest selling — solving, not just pushing You're resourceful, self-motivated, and don’t need hand-holding You’re comfortable using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and basic CRMs You want to grow with a startup and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty Prior experience in sales is nice to have — but not required if you’re motivated --- What You’ll Get Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Flexible remote work, but high ownership Work closely with the founder & core team Chance to grow fast in a meaningful, early-stage startup Make a real difference for small businesses across India and beyond
