We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our growing international sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of accounting/taxation, and the ability to engage confidently with global clients. This role involves converting pre-generated leads, handling cold calls for new business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective clients to close leads generated by the telecalling team. Conduct cold calls to generate additional leads and expand customer reach. Present and promote company services effectively to potential clients. Manage client communication and ensure timely follow-ups. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Handle a high volume of international calls with professionalism. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in International Calling / Inside Sales . Excellent communication skills and Level 2 English proficiency . Basic knowledge of Accounting and Taxation preferred. Open to learning new processes and tools . Comfortable working night shifts and handling international clients . Willing to work 6 days a week and available to work on Sundays from January to April (peak season). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
