Job Title: HR Executive Location: Sachin, Gujarat Experience: 1 to 5 years Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Pharma Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Sachin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance. You will play a key role in supporting a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and update HR databases (attendance, leaves, appraisals etc.). Assist in payroll processing and maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.). Handle employee grievances and escalate issues as required. Support in performance management and appraisal processes. Organize training sessions, engagement activities, and welfare programs. Ensure HR policies are communicated and adhered to. Coordinate with external agencies and auditors for compliance and labor law requirements. Requirements: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role. Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
