We are looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a balanced understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Oracle HCM systems, with the ability to drive process improvements and offer customized solutions that align with organizational goals. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Oracle HCM implementations, collaborating closely with HR teams, and ensuring that the system operates optimally for business users. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing team, with flexibility for remote work and occasional travel as needed. Responsibility Lead and support Oracle HCM implementations, ensuring that configurations align with business requirements and goals. Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules (Global HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, etc.) to meet organizational needs. Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to analyze, document, and improve business processes. Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and configure the Oracle HCM system accordingly. Provide support for Oracle HCM systems, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them promptly. Manage data migration activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Design and implement system integrations with other enterprise applications. Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they understand the system’s functionality and best practices. Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations and customizations. Stay up-to-date on Oracle HCM updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve system functionality. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle EBS HRMS modules. Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices in areas like Global HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, etc. Proficiency in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with experience in integration, data migration, and system customizations. Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other integration tools. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Ability to collaborate with business users to gather requirements and develop technical solutions. We are seeking a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer with 8 years of hands-on experience, ideally with a strong background in finance domain projects. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Oracle SaaS applications and third-party systems. This position is based in Bangalore or Hyderabad. Responsibilities Design, build, and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including REST/SOAP APIs, B2B, and file-based integrations . Gather requirements by collaborating with functional and technical stakeholders. Develop and maintain custom and prebuilt OIC adapters for integration with Oracle SaaS applications and external systems. Support test planning and execution (SIT, UAT) and ensure defect-free delivery. Monitor integration health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance . Ensure best practices in version control, deployment, and documentation. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews . Align integration development with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards . Work from office 3 days a week in Bangalore or Hyderabad. Requirements 8 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . Strong hands-on skills in REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON , and cloud-based integration patterns. Good functional knowledge and experience in the finance domain. Exposure to Oracle Fusion Middleware , Integration Hub , and B2B tools is desirable. Understanding of Oracle SaaS application integration requirements . Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
