About the Startup We’re building a next-generation HR-Tech platform with a hybrid B2B/B2C model that reimagines how professionals and organizations connect, grow, and collaborate. Our solution goes far beyond traditional job portals — it’s a new experience that combines skill development, talent matchmaking, and intelligent career mapping using AI, analytics, and user engagement frameworks. The platform is: Tech-first, AI-driven Global in scope (India-focused initially) Designed with multiple verticals for professionals and companies alike Already in the prototype stage with roadmap and core designs in place We're now entering the MVP build phase and looking for a technical co-founder to lead this transformation. Your Responsibilities as CTO, you will: Take full ownership of the tech architecture and development Choose the tech stack, design scalable systems, and manage the dev roadmap Integrate 3rd party APIs where needed (education, analytics, payment, etc.) Build or oversee the build of core platform modules Set up foundational DevOps and deployment pipeline Assemble and lead the initial engineering team post-MVP Work closely with the founding team to translate vision into technical action What We’re Looking For Experience not less than 8yrs in multiple areas of working with multi tasking and professional Full-stack or backend-heavy experience (Node, Python, React, MongoDB, etc.) Hands-on with cloud infra (AWS/GCP), APIs, microservices, CI/CD Awareness of AI/ML fundamentals or willingness to collaborate with experts, Database designing, application framework and architecture designing, also having core knowledge in testing, Having good knowledge in data science and data analysis. Very good experience in native android, ios and hybrid applications building end to end till deployment, Experience building scalable platforms from scratch. Strong product thinking and willingness to iterate and experience with early-stage startups is a strong bonus. Open to equity-only collaboration until funding with vesting and cliff period .
