Overview The Globalization team is responsible for executing Zelis’ globalization strategy and subsequent changes associated with our expansion plans. We are seeking a reporting analyst to create data-driven dashboards that will help uncover insights and support governance and decision making. This role will collaborate with US and India teams. Key Responsibilities Design and develop visually appealing, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure dashboards provide meaningful insights. Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL, APIs, Snowflake, etc.). Create data models and establish relationships between different datasets to optimize performance. Optimize data refresh schedules and Power BI report performance. Utilize tools like DAX and Power Query for advanced data manipulation and query optimization. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) to develop data solutions. Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Power BI dashboards and reports. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy, refresh failures, and performance bottlenecks. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and recommend improvements. Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and report logic to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing across the team. Track development and deployment using tools like JIRA for project management. Skills & Qualifications 5+ Years of Strong experience in Power BI (Report development, Power Query, DAX, data visualization). Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and managing large datasets. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and platforms like Snowflake, Azure, or AWS. Experience in working with APIs for data integration is a plus. Basic understanding of ETL processes and data transformation. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to transform business requirements into impactful dashboards and insights. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments. Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
