🚀 We’re Hiring: Sr.Project Coordinator – Subtitling & Dubbing Services (Bangalore | Hybrid Work) Are you passionate about media localization and skilled in managing fast-paced projects? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Operations team in Bangalore. About the Role As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and managing projects on our platform, assigning tasks, tracking progress, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth delivery of subtitling and dubbing services. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to manage risks and meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage subtitling and dubbing projects from start to finish. Create projects on our platform and assign tasks to resources. Monitor task progress and ensure on-time delivery. Understand and follow client specifications, requirements, and language guidelines. Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed. Serve as the communication bridge between internal teams and external partners. Maintain detailed records, including summary reports for management. Track and update records for external resource payments. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role (media localization – subtitling & dubbing required). Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university (any stream). Skills & Competencies: Excellent organizational & time management skills Strong written communication skills Ability to break down complex client information into clear instructions Strong decision-making under tight deadlines Familiarity with project management tools (G Suite, Monday.com , Slack, etc.) Proactive and independent in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
