Product Manager Holidays & Visa Division We are looking for a smart, strategic, and highly experienced Product Manager with a strong background in building and managing data-driven travel products . The ideal candidate must have 8–10 years of proven experience in the travel industry and a strong professional network within the Holidays & Visa ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Development & Management Lead the end-to-end development of Holiday & Visa products, ensuring they are competitive, innovative, and customer-centric. Create, refine, and optimize product offerings using market insights, competitor analysis, and historical performance data. Maintain a strong understanding of global and domestic travel trends to keep products updated and relevant. 2. Data-Driven Decision Making Use data analytics to evaluate product performance, conversion ratios, destination demand, pricing impact, and customer behavior. Provide regular reports, insights, and actionable recommendations based on data. Make strategic decisions backed by metrics to improve business outcomes. 3. Coordination & Team Enablement Work closely with internal teams to ensure full understanding of each product—features, inclusions, pricing, and USPs. Coordinate with operations, sales, and destination teams to ensure smooth execution of all product offerings. Guide the team with training and knowledge-sharing to enhance overall product understanding. 4. Marketing Collaboration Collaborate with the marketing team for creation of promotional materials, flyers, digital posts, and campaigns. Provide accurate and timely product information, pricing, and highlights for marketing communication. Ensure all product-related marketing content is aligned with brand standards and business strategy. 5. Website & Content Management Handle complete responsibility for uploading all holiday packages, visa products, itineraries, and pricing on the website. Ensure accuracy, SEO-friendly content, appealing visuals, and timely publishing. Coordinate with tech/website teams to resolve display issues, update formats, and improve user experience. 6. Vendor & Industry Networking Maintain strong professional relationships with DMCs, hotels, airline partners, consulates, and visa facilitators. Negotiate competitive rates and exclusive deals through industry connections. Stay updated with consulate rules, visa timelines, destination regulations, and supplier updates. 7. Quality Control & Compliance Ensure all packages and visa information meet company standards, legal requirements, and accuracy protocols. Conduct periodic audits of product listings and marketing content. 8. Additional Responsibilities (Recommended Enhancements) Identify new destinations, niche products, and emerging opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio. Drive automation and process improvements within product workflows. Support leadership with forecasting, budgeting inputs, and strategic planning. Ensure consistent benchmarking against competitor platforms. Candidate Profile: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in Holidays & Visa products . Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data-backed decisions . Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Well-connected within the travel ecosystem (DMCs, consulates, hoteliers, tourism boards, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timely execution.
