Position: Senior Specialist – Program & Grant Advisory Location: Delhi / Hybrid / Open to flexible arrangements Company: Global Wealth Management (GWM) Sector: Not-for-Profit | Development Advisory | Strategic Philanthropy Global Wealth Management is expanding its Not-for-Profit Advisory Practice to offer integrated solutions to foundations, donors, and development partners across the globe. We are known for our strength in FCRA advisory, financial structuring, and grant compliance. Now, we’re building on that by offering deeper programmatic and grant advisory services—and we’re looking for seasoned professionals to join us in this journey. Role Overview This is a senior-level consulting position for individuals who bring expertise in program strategy, grant design, donor engagement, and proposal development. You will work alongside our finance and compliance teams to offer end-to-end grant management solutions to global clients and amplify impact across development sectors. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support development of high-quality program proposals, concept notes, and strategic pitches for donors. • Engage with foundations, philanthropic investors, and CSR partners to co-create impactful programs. • Provide advisory support to clients on program design, M&E frameworks, and theory of change. • Collaborate with finance/compliance teams to build integrated solutions across technical, programmatic, and regulatory needs. • Represent GWM in client meetings, donor calls, and industry events; contribute to business development and positioning efforts. • Help design toolkits, templates, and knowledge products for internal and external use. Ideal Candidate Profile • 5-10 years of relevant experience in program/grant advisory, development consulting, or working directly with donors, multilaterals, or INGOs. • Strong proposal writing and donor engagement capabilities—especially with global funders. • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate development goals into fundable interventions. • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration and client-facing leadership roles. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Sector-agnostic mindset with a passion for impact—experience across health, education, livelihoods, inclusion, or sustainability is welcome.
