GLOBAL VISA EXECUTIVE

• Application management: Handle the end-to-end visa application process, which includes preparing documentation, completing online forms, and submitting applications to government agencies.
• Client support: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing information on visa requirements and guiding them through the application steps.
• Documentation and compliance: Verify and prepare necessary documents, ensuring all applications meet legal and regulatory requirements and embassy guidelines.
• Status tracking: Monitor application progress, track statuses, and address any issues that arise during the process.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all applications, documents, and correspondence.
• Communication: Communicate with clients, visa authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong knowledge of visa processes and documentation requirements for various countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and authorities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex paperwork and deadlines.
• Proficiency in online application systems and relevant software, such as Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to stay updated on evolving immigration rules and regulations.
• Ablity for sale closing and find leads.
