Role & responsibilities: Develop and program surveys using JavaScript /Python. Implement complex survey logic, branching, piping, and randomization. Ensure proper integration of multimedia elements, including images, videos, and audio. Communicate effectively with team members regarding project timelines and technical issues. Provide feedback and suggest improvements in survey design and user experience. Perform logic checks, data validation, and testing. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Market Research, or related field. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, python, JQuery, XML and familiarity with survey programming tools (training will be provided). Ability to catch small details and ensure high-quality deliverables. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically. Good written and verbal communication skills to liaise with team members and clients. Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to learn and adapt to new software, technologies, and processes.
