Company Description The Global South Movement for Climate Justice (GSMCJ) is a youth-led campaign focused on placing climate justice With over 134 countries in the Global South, GSMCJ advocates for fairness, accountability, and action from global powers to address the climate crisis. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founder & President at GSMCJ. The role is primarily located in Indore but allows for some work from home. The Founder & President will be responsible for leading and managing the organization, implementing strategic initiatives, fundraising, and representing GSMCJ in global platforms. Qualifications Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Management skills Excellent Communication and Public Speaking skills Experience in Fundraising and Grant Writing Knowledge of Climate Justice and Global Negotiations Strong Network among Youth and Climate Activists Degree in Environmental Science, International Relations, or related field
