Designation- Buyer Experience 3 to 7 years Education- Preferably Engineering Graduates, Post Graduates in Supply chain Management. Gender - Female candidates only apply. Mandatory Skills – Global Sourcing, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Development, Material Management, Negotiation, SAP ERP Work Mode –Monday to Friday (WFO) Office Location- Pune ,Hinjewadi Interview Process- Test, Technical Round 1,Technical Round 2, HR Discussion 2 Technical Rounds –F2F JOB PURPOSE Accountable for Procurement of the Engineering Products & Services within specified Budget, Schedule, and quality Operational reporting to Projects / SCM Manager and Administrative reporting to Functional Manager. ABOUT ROLE: Issue inquiries (RFQ), evaluate received quotation and negotiate commercial terms. Create Purchase Order (PO) according to budget and procedures Review PO for accuracy such as incoterms, delivery address, technical & commercial requirements and get approval as per authority matrix Place the PO towards suppliers and ensure effective transfer of all necessary information to suppliers and maintain subsequent revisions as applicable Expedite Order Acknowledgements Plan, arrange and participate in the kickoff and follow up meetings with suppliers whenever required Co-ordination of suppliers Quality Notifications Co-ordinate with logistics for transportation of materials Co-ordinate with warehouse for goods receipt Review and approve suppliers invoices Ensure set KPI benchmark are met KEY RESPONSIBILTIES / WHAT WE EXPECT: Be single point of contact towards assigned Supplier. Responsible for supplier relationship management Update Project on progress of PO through progress report as per agreed schedule Monitor and ensure proper follow for on time delivery of material and documentation. Understand and follow related global supply chain procedures & work instructions Evaluate supplier performance through Supplier Performance Evaluation tool Maintain relevant procurement information about PO in SAP Suggest improvements in procedures & work instructions Maintain Business Ethics and work within framework of organization core values Complete all the mandatory and relevant e-learning programs Undergo assigned trainings and demonstrate the implemented learnings. Skills and Knowledge Good knowledge about supply chain management Understanding of Supplier documentation and QS related processes Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP Understandability of Contract Management, Good communication skills - Both verbal and written Good negotiation skills & quality focused.
