As a Global Product Manager for Time and Attendance at Legion, your primary responsibility will be to drive the development and delivery of innovative workforce management solutions with a focus on time & attendance and scheduling on a global scale. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our solutions not only meet the complex legal and compliance requirements of different countries but also cater to the specific business needs of our customers across various industries. Your key duties will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams within Legion and customers to design, implement, and optimize product solutions that enhance workforce efficiency and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. You will be instrumental in maintaining our global workforce management platform's leading position in terms of functionality, adaptability, and compliance worldwide. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research to gather insights on regional labor regulations, industry trends, and customer needs to shape product development. - Collaborating with senior leadership and product teams to align product initiatives with company goals and priorities. - Prioritizing product features and enhancements to meet customer needs while adhering to country-specific legal and compliance requirements. In addition, you will serve as the subject matter expert on workforce management compliance requirements for EMEA countries, such as the EU Working Time Directive and national labor laws. You will work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that time & attendance and scheduling solutions remain up-to-date with local legislation. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with engineering and development teams to translate customer needs and compliance requirements into detailed product specifications. You will also liaise with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to communicate product features, capabilities, and compliance updates effectively. Your role will involve leading product ideation and design sessions for new features and enhancements, focusing on usability, scalability, and adaptability. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of workforce management solutions, from concept through implementation, with a strong emphasis on ensuring high-quality user experiences. Additionally, you will manage beta programs, customer feedback loops, and pilot testing to continuously enhance product functionality. Moreover, you will engage directly with customers to understand their workforce management challenges, gather feedback, and translate it into actionable product enhancements. You will provide product expertise during customer meetings, presentations, and industry events to support sales and customer retention. Monitoring customer adoption and satisfaction with global features will also be a part of your responsibilities to ensure timely resolution of any issues that may arise. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, demonstrated ability to work effectively with remote teams, and at least 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in building and launching complex cloud-based enterprise software in workforce management. Experience in building global enterprise solutions for a SaaS company and familiarity with the agile development process are also highly desirable.
